Dr. Kamlesh Vyas

On the 14th of August 2025, XLRI Delhi-NCR had the privilege of welcoming back our distinguished alumnus, Dr. Kamlesh Vyas (HRM Batch of 2001, XLRI Jamshedpur), Partner at Deloitte India, for an inspiring session hosted by Xplore by XLRI.

With over 25 years of experience spanning business advisory, education entrepreneurship, and large-scale government and World Bank–supported programs, Dr. Vyas motivated students ahead of their summer internship season by sharing his thoughts on developing the right mindset, communicating with impact, embracing entrepreneurship, and the importance of continuous learning and growth.

His candid leadership style—evident in the thoughtful and comprehensive way he addressed student questions—along with his reflections on his XLRI journey and his impactful work in the education sector, made the session a phenomenal homecoming, leaving students deeply inspired and better prepared for the road ahead.
