Mr. Vikram Tandon

Xplore by XLRI had the honour of welcoming Mr Vikram Tandon, former Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Adani Group and current Advisor to the Chairman of the Adani Group, for an inspiring guest lecture at XLRI Delhi-NCR. With an impressive career spanning roles at Adani, HSBC, and AIG, Mr. Tandon shared his insights on ‘Effective Leadership in a Changing Times & How to Prepare for a Fulfilling Career’. It was a highly interactive experience, leaving our students with fresh perspectives on product and brand management.
